I think the RAM may be slowing my system down. Gets laggy as anything on BF4 with larger games.. what do you think?

Specs

GFX: Nvidia GTX 760
Board: MSI P67A-GD53
Memory: 2x2gb Kingston PC3-10700
CPU: i5 2500k @ 4.5ghz

is it worth just going for 2x4 gb RAM and dumping the old stuff? what should I use with my board? or try and match up with existing?

any guidance much appreciated :) also my CPU came pre-oc'd so will I need to tweak this with more RAM?

Would anyone actually buy it? :) Not really worth the hassle if I'll get £10er for it..

Can I just plump for any new 2X4 GB kit or do I need certain timings?

RAM always sells. I'd be looking at getting around £20 net for it.

pretty much yes, but there are other variables such as color, price, frequency, height if you have huge air cooler + you can adjust the timings manually.

colour dnt care, price don't wanna go mental as don't think the rest of my components are top range? i.e. don't want RAM that could be running better than it is due to my system.

whats the difference between 10666 vs 14400. would I notice a difference if i'm not an 'enthusiast'? just after my game to run nicely as opposed to bench marks etc.
