Ram upgrade help

Hi there having some trouble with a few things i want to upgrade my ram, but not sure what to go for i have the Argon Extreme Intel Core i3 550 3.20GHz @ 4.20GHz Overclocked Bundle which i got back in 2011 it has 4gb of corsair xms3 (2x2gb)the motherboard is a gigabyte h55m-ud2h ,obiously it came overclocked will changing the ram affect the overclock? will i need to overclock the ram again ?this is the one i was gonna go for http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-348-CS

What do you use your system for, as in most cases 4-8 gb of ram is ample for most users needs.

hi mostly video encoding and gaming.
