Just about order a few bits for my rig. I would like to order some more memory but I'm concerned it wont fit next to my Coolermaster V8, do any of you have these ?

I would like to buy 2 of these (with the idea of buying another 2 later on to total 32GB :) ) Ive chosen these as they seem to be well proven and have a good following.

But the heat sinks look a bit high?

Does the fact that this is single channel matter? I know the speed can make a big difference. I just have some 1333Mhz Kingston cheapo stuff in atm, but I think my Motherboard (ASRock extreme 4 Gen3) can handle upto 2000mhz.

Pointless getting any faster memory than DDR3 1600MHz, the 2600k seem to work best with this.
Better to use the memory in dual channel, I'm also using Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb in a Extreme 4 Gen 3 board without any issues.

I have no experience Coolermaster V8 & that memory.

Thanks for your reply Nightglow. I didnt realize they did a low profile version of this RAM so I went for the low profile version :)

And thanks for the advice regarding speed. gone for the 1600mhz :)

Don't forget o/s ram limits win 7 home prim only allows max 16gb anymore and you need pro. or higher for 192gb limit for 64 bit os.
