Ram upgrade

As title would like to put more ram in my machine, using 2x512 dual channel pc3200 in a Asus A7N8X Delux board, what would I need to get for the max benefit.
Running XP Pro and Vista Ultimate on dual boot system.

I'm not 100% sure on what you should buy but you should be looking at at least 2 x 1GB slicks.
