RAM upgrade

at the moment i have 1gb pc2-4300 (266mhz) ram, and have ordered new ram which is corsair 4gb 1066mhz ram.

ive got a feeling im going to be blown away by the speed increase, but will i be? or isit jus going to be a minor increase?

You will notice a siginificant increase, in games and general day to day use - you should be suitably impressed.

What is your MB and CPU?

yep 1066mhz ram is ddr2 specs last time i checked, i thought ddr3 started at 1333mhz

but yes they are ddr2
