Good afternoon guys, wondering if you could help a fellow out?

I bought a "Titan Goliath" from Ocuk a while back and it still has its original 6gb of ram in it and I was wondering what ram I should go for as I'm wanting to upgrade to 12gb or so

I believe the motherboard in the system is a gigabyte ex58a-ud3r Intel x58

I must say the machine has served me while the last few years!

Thank you

Supports 3 channel upto DDR3 2100+ memory
6 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 24 GB of system memory

so as long as you have 3 slots spare
i would look at current memory and reproduce if possible (and cheaper than 12gb new),

it doesnt have to to be same memory;

if not consider a cheap tripple channel ddr3 package...

if you buy new and sell old, then it may be simpler
dont spend more than you need to, get the cheapest tripple channel kit, memory mhz/bandwidth is not normally a bottleneck for most workloads
