RAM UPGRADE

Hi all

Looking to upgrade the ram in my wife's PC.

She currently has Team Group Vulcan T-Force8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C14 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey (TLGD48G2400

Would this ram be compatible ? Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey

She has the following mother board....

Asus Z170-K

Memory
This board has 4 slots with the following specifications:
