I got a pc bought for me from PC World when I was younger (Yes I was much too young to think about building my own pc! :p)

Anyway, it's Siemens RAM and I have 512mb of it, it's pc3200 and I ran a memory test and it said my Mobo can support upto pc4000, but i've tried looking and I cant find any pc4000 on Overclockers, only pc4200, would this work?

And also can I replace all of my ram with new Ram and it will work just fine on the next reboot? Many Thanks to whoever can help :p

As far as I know my Mobo doesnt support Dual Channel, but will that RAM work fine still? i'm thinking of putting in 3 gig, since thats the max Vista 32bit supports :p

MSI KT400-8235, it's a really old Mobo so dont expect too many good results about it ;p. and Many Thanks for the help :) :p

Haha nah it's an old PC so I dont mind things like that, as long as I can squeeze some extra life out of it, but I can still use Dual Channel RAM right? it just wont operate in Dual Channel mode? :p

Ahhh I just saw Dual Channel kits, and some didnt have that labelled thats all, when it comes to RAM I need to learn a bit more :) :p but thanks a lot for your help anyway :)
