RAM Usage

Does anyone know of a program that can monitor RAM usage over a period of time? I want to be able to monitor how much RAM a game is taking while I'm playing it to see whether the slow down I'm experiencing is the RAM or the graphics card.

Open Task Manager before you start a game. Under the Performance tab there is CPU and RAM usage graphs.

I know that, but how do I get it to record RAM usage over a considerable period of time, say, 10 minutes or so? Like you can use programs to record your CPU temp over a given period etc etc.
