RAM usage.

Ive bought 4gb of the G.Skill RipJaw Ram not long ago.
But when I go to properties in Windows 7, I see this

4GB Ram (3.25 Usable)

Why cant I use everything ? Seems kinda stupid

32 or 64bit windows?

thats your problem, 32bit cant address all the ram.

Actually its not a 'problem'. There's nothing wrong with your PC. 32 bit Windows cannot address memory in excess of that amount on any PC. (Only added this in case of the remote possibility of any confusion).
