I'll try and keep it simple
Post your RAM, default and overclocked timings and the price

Should help others when deciding on RAM to purchase e.g. if its better to go for higher frequency, looser timings or tighter timings lower frequency. There must be a point where its not worth spending loads of money e.g. £400+ to get minimal gains

Diminishing returns kicks in around 3200/16 so you're not gaining much going over that especially @1440p or above.
Why doesnt everyone go for 3200/16? I thought Ryzen "sweet spot" was 3600 although there is Ryzen specific (or marketed at Ryzen 5000 series) that is DDR4000

What 3200 kit do you have, along with price paid?

It could be argued that what you have is exactly this.

I had the 8 pack ripped ram and have sold them and now have 3200/C16 and there's not much difference other than getting double the amount of ram and also being cheaper. Paid £100 for 16Gb ripped vs £76 for 32GB of the ram i have now.
Once I went from C16 to C14 im also certain general desktop use felt slightly snappier. Granted this is not the best use of RAM but as I spend most my time browsing and sifting through the OS for files/folders it feels better.
What RAM do you have, timings and benches? £76 for 32GB is rather cheap! I didnt even know you could get 2x16GB sticks for £76
