RAM Version number

I currently have in my PC 2x CM2x2048-8500C5C 1066MHz 2048MB 5-6-6-18 2.10V ver4.1
I'm looking at buying another 2 sticks, but its proving rather difficult to find them. I have found some on ebay with exactly the same model number, but a different ver(sion) number. Mine are ver4.1, the ones I have found are ver1.2.
Will this make a difference? or is still exactly the same model?

Thankyou. I just missed, on ebay, a set of 4x 2gb Dominator 1066mhz sell for £78, and a pair of 2gb like mine sell for £70.
If I had been quicker, I could have upgraded to 8gb and sold my old sticks for a cost of £8.
