How do i find out my RAM voltage i been into BIOS but it only has an option to increase the VDIMM by so much, i do not know what the current voltage is? I've got a DS4 board by the way.

Sorry to nick a quick question on this thread but it is about RAM voltage.
I have installed 4 sticks of Geil- PC6400 800MHz CAS 4-4-4-12
- 1.9V-2.3V Power Supply into a DQ6 and it all works fine. I have no real intentions of OC-ing as I just want a stable fast PC. The RAM voltage is obviously still at 1.8 and the RAM seems to spec 1.9 - 2.3.
Should I change the voltage to +0.1 or more if all is running OK.
Also the defauklt CAS settings on my mobo are 5-5-5-15 which are also at conflict but causing no issues? SHould I change it?

I'd go on ahead and raise it 0.2v or 0.3v. Geil themselves advise that it's run at 2.1v. And I'd keep it at 4-4-4-12.

Probably should be safer to work within Geil's spec - it's sometimes nice if u don't have to make changes to defaults as at replacement time I can never remember what I changed to get things working (not just RAM)
