Ram wont run at stock settings

Hey, had this pc 2 years now and ive never been able to get it to run at 4-4-4-15 800mhz 2.1v so i just left it on auto because just had to much hassel. Now i thought id try sort it again.

Ive got my cpu at 3ghz at 1.4v cpu voltage. 1.5 MCH voltage and 2.125v ram voltage. The pc bluescreens like hell if i try run at 4-4-4-15 timings though. I really don't know what to do. On auto its stable but the timings are terrible.

if you have overclocked you cpu to 3.2 then setting you memory at 4,4,4,15 is very tight as it been overclocked when the cpu moved up, as you have 4 sticks you will nedd to up the nb to 1.3 or 1.4 volts

Ive used dividers to get a ram speed of 801mhz, so the ram isn;t overclocked. Further more as i said i ahve the MCH voltage at 1.5v.
