At the moment I have 2gb of OCZ, I have just bought 4 gb of OCZ gold and was going to sell the other 2.

But...

What (if any) issues would I have if I just put the 4gb in as well so I had 6gb of RAM.

i am running vista 64 bit btw

Memory modules do not like to be mixed really.

Are they both rated at the same speed/voltage/timings?

Worst you could do is try and see if its stable. For the sake of 2gb, I would not bother.

If they all work at same volts/timings you shouldnt have a problem. I matched Gskill and GeIL kits and it worked fine (2x1gb chips + a 2GB chip)

It might affect overclocking potential slightly, but other than that, you should be fine.

I have my system overclocked to 3.47gb

Will changing my RAM affect this?

As long as all the ram can handle that speed it should be fine.
