They're both 1866MHz at ~1.50V.

The Corsair timings are 9-9-9-24.

The Patriot timings 10-10-10-27.

You might have to run the Corsair RAM at slightly looser timings.

There's always a chance that two different types of RAM might not play nicely together but I don't see why the chances of those working together is any less than mixing with any other similar RAM.

Make sure you have the clearance under your CPU cooler to fit them.
