Yes it is. That time year again to fast. 30 days of it.

Very long days. Going to be super tough. But i am looking forward to the challenge, Insha'Allah.

Hopefully i can lose few pounds

Yes if you're too young or have a medical reasons etc.... Then you do not need to fast.

Fasting has been easy for me this year..
Fortunately I've had plenty of time off from work this year during Ramadan

So yea other then school trips. Been sitting at home most days. Only going out in the evenings when i need to.
