Hi
This is a problem I have been having for a while:
I have an i7 950 clocked at 4.4 and swapped the gfx from a 6950 to 6990, under water. Since changing GPU the PC will only boot up with a manual restart i.e. I turn pc on and then press the reset button on the mobo. Unless I do this, the pc boots up, but there is no display. (Deffo not a monitor issue as I have several)
If I return the overclock to stock settings vis CMOS clear, it boots fine.
Any suggetions?
Someone suggested enabling the onboard vga, restarting then disabling, but I can't seem to see how to enable this- can't find it in BIOS or in the handbook
Can anyone help
Cheers
