Rampage 5 extreme error 76

Was running fine until 2 hours ago where whenever i turn on the pc it stays on error code 76 no post nothing and a red light by the big atx power connector.
Tried different psu , ram, reseating cpu nothing.
Am out of ideas.. anyone?

Soon after was getting 00 code so bought another rve and am still getting the 00 error!
