been having this issue for a week
if i wiggle or press on the 24 pin head where the cables go into the 24 pin the pc will power on if i press on it again the pc will power off and on and off lol

there does not seem to be a issue with the psu at all and wont require sending back
as the fix seems simple but i dont know what wire is causing it.

seems like a loose connection somewhere on end of it

here is a picture of the 24pin on the psu :

as you can see from the picture, its one of those 24 pin connectors that has a capacitor in it and when i press on that i get solid stable power if i let go of it the pc will randomly power off and on during windows load up.

sometimes if i press it and twist lol the pc will stay on and no issues
i need to figure out a way to fix this what do you guys recommend cause.... and what color connector do you think could be causing the issue is there a way to remove the cables from the connector and press them with a small set of precision plyers.... then put the cable ends back into the connector ??? freaking stupid issue this like ....... suprising this psu was bought from the same guy that sold me the watercooling system that was plauged with issues that had to be fixed :D

one other thing i had to buy one of those 24 pin extender cables very cheap version from ocuk there is no way i can plug the main 24 pin into my system as the cable is not long enough

for all i know the 24 pin extension could be the culprit as its very very loose when pluging into the 24 pin connection and not strong at all it could be the cause to.... for all i know..

Some of those are cheap and nasty and can be loose enough to burn the connection.

A lot of PSU manu's do not even want you to use them, but you do get good quality ones know for the modding market.

Well just bought 24 pin orange BitFenix Extention will update if it fixed the issue though im sure the version i bought previously was the blue bitfenix version....... if this does not work them im going to have to look deeper as it could be the 24 pin conection on the psu.

god knows how to fix that though.
