Thanks for the link Final8y. Its interesting to see this espcially after all of the press reviews stating its no better clocking than a 955. They still have an issue running 4GHz+ under 64bit operating system though dont they?

Good question, I doubt many people will buy a Phenom II to run XP 32bit like the source.

Wouldn't mind seeing some respectable multithreaded stress tests run either (LinX/Prime95).

True but the source is a forum based around extreme overclocking and they mostly bench on XP as this will yield the best results for them.

Then again most people that buy one won't be overclocking over 4Ghz either if at all.

tbh with my 940 i don't see any extra mhz in xp 32bit

With a lot of phenoms you can get a higher overclock than 64bit, with 32bit.
