Random beep when using keyboard

Hey, sometimes when i am playing a game on my PC and using the keyboard i will get a beeping noise from the speakers ( one beep ) and around 1 second of lag. Sometimes happens with multiple keys pressed and sometimes just one.

Sticky keys shortcut is probably causuing it, turn it off in settings, ease of access, keyboard, remove the checkbox from allow the shortcut key to start sticky keys.

That was one of my initial thoughts as well but was already disabled.
