Random black window

I have this small window that is hardly noticeable on my desktop but I can resize it and move it around but I cannot close it, does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it. Thought it was a stuck pixel to start with till I clicked on it.
I've also asked in another section but if this is the wrong bit could someone kindly move it.

No cross to close it off, I've tried to disable all startup apps and I've un installed recently installed software

When I click task View on the task bar it's called MainWindow and I can close it but it reappears when I startup again

Do you have MSI Dragon Centre/SDK installed?

I had this, it was related to that, I had to disable "VoiceControlService".

You should be able to see what it's attributed to in the task manager:

Go to "services" app, find "VoiceControlService", right-click -> Stop. Then right-click -> properties, set "startup type" to "Disabled".

Yea must be something squiffy in the latest update, not a big deal I guess as it's disabled now.

MSI Dragon Center is absolute garbage.

In the future, if you're unsure where a window is coming from and it's not clear in Task manager, use Process Explorer from sysinternals.com, open it up, and drag the little bullseye icon onto the window.
