Random blocks on scren whilst playing

Hi All,

I'm currently getting random blocks in my game whilst playing. It's usually in the middle and in rectangle shape with multiple blocks inside the rectangle and flashes. Anyone know what this is?

AMD 8320
Asus M5A97 evo r2
gigabyte windforce 280x

Is it only when gaming ?

Is it certain games ?

Have you updated your drivers for your graphics card ?

What type of system do you have - list your components etc...

Only when gaming and on Diablo 3 and battlefield, which also crashes the gfx drivers. They are up to date so surely shouldn't be this bad?

See it occasionally on rome 2 also but not as much.

Components listed above, plus 2 iyama prolite monitors, sandisk 120gb ssd and ocz modxstream 700w

Bought it last month! Looks like a warranty job then? Will be gutted if it is as first was DOA and this was replacement.

Hasn't really got worse, may try it on other monitor see if problem persists tomorrow then contact OC on Monday if it is still happening!

Looks like it's going to be sent back, 3rd time a charm?

Thinking if the next one is a dud I might go for a different brand or even go for a 770?

I don't get enough time to game as it is never mind crashing out of BF4 or watching a small disco going on in one part of the screen

I'm guessing if my PSU is at fault when I send it back OC will test it as working and send it back. Will help me atleast identify the problem, but it looks like its the gfx card again.

Who knows....
