Random Blue Screen

Every now and then I seem to get totally random blue screens, like once every 2 days. Now I think my OC is pretty stable, I've run 200 passes of intel burn test and 6 hours of prime blend. I can play games for hours on end no problem and then have it blue screen whilst I'm web browsing :confused:

I'm thinking it might be my ssd. What is it most likely to be? The problem with finding the cause is that it sometimes wont blue screen for days.

Could be Windows crashing. It happens to my ocuk bundle but goes down maybe once a month.

Well I didn't have this problem before.

I don't see why it would be my OC either as it happens totally randomly not just when the cpu is underload.

Maybe I will do a total fresh install on my SSD.
