Random BlueScreens

i don't know whether it's because i overclocked my cpu from 2.4ghz to 3.0ghz, (which isnt a huge overclock). i mean, it was fine and worked perfectly ok after i overclocked it, but 1 month on, i get these bluescreens every now and then. sometimes it gets stuck starting windows, and sometimes it bluescreens during games, so i have no idea whats causing it. any ideas?

also, i find that programs (e.g. 3ds max) appear to be running slower than normal, and sometimes the mouse sticks, and can be slow to respond. i checked my computer for viruses and found none.

oh, and the windows aero thing when you minimise/maximise programs from the taskbar is REALLY slow.

okay... can't remember the BSOD code, but i'll tell you if (or rather when) it happens again.
