This seams to mainly happen when im shutting the PC off or just logging a user off, but its random & dont always happen n will shut down normally

Iv made sure all my updates are correct, an all my drivers are up to date. Iv ran memtest86+ to check the memory and all come back ok. At the moment im stuck for ideas to what the problem could be.

So any input at this stage would helpful

Sounds like software, something is not closing down as it should. Cache may be set up wrongly and not writing contents to disk.

I looked around google and saw quiet a few posting leading to ram.

have you run memtest? if not you should try it. Or take out a stick of ram and run the pc, if it crashes, take out that ram and put the other stick back.

How would i check the cache because iv not gone in to to change anything

I did read that before as well, that's why i did say in my OP that i had run memtest86+ and all had come back ok for the memory unless the extra memory built on to the mother board is the problem as i dont think memtest checks that?

Never heard of built in ram before o.o

anyway you could try safe mode, or check event viewer (Start > Run > eventvwr.msc). it'll give you more details on the BSOD, hopefully.

A lot of BSODs are caused with hardware. Some are software but to eliminate the software area, safe mode should do it. If it still does, you know you have a hard ware problem and then can investigate some more into hardware.
