random crash amd 5700xt

still crashing although this time its more bsod but its always happening while playing my game, nvidia rtx 2060 super is my nearest choice for price swap are they just as good?
Replace with a different 5700XT more likely not the same brand, and the 2060S is slower card.

Just sanity check, you are using 2 separate cables from PSU to the gpu yes, not 1 with splitters, even if the cable has splitter on it.

i think i am using 1 cable with splitter.

speed would not be of the essence for me i did like the stability and reliability of my nvidia card

logging out to sort the bloody cable out :)

Blue screen of death, so i have gone back to bios .320 so far seems stable.

You do seem having issues with motherboard/CPU/RAM and NOT with the graphic card.

Are you using the latest chipset drivers from AMD? Have you connected ALL your power cables to the motherboard?
Do you run default settings on motherboard BIOS? Have you tried to use the second graphic card bios? i believe yours has 2

Guys, if you have win10 1903 then try this:
Right click on desktop > Display Settings > Graphic Settings

1. Do you have Variable Refresh Rate enabled? It should be disabled.
2. Did you add the .exe of your games to the Graphics Performance Preference and set it to High Performance in options for that .exe?

Just curious if anyone is doing that?

well so far so good, left the pc running at idle with a few monitors open, temps seem fine. i am hoping the issue was the fact that i only had 1 power cable running to the graphic card from the psu, never had to use 2 before so that did not even cross my mind.

i downgraded the bios from 330 to 320 as that was when the bsod's started

well its now running stable, gpu reached a temp of 66 under load playing dayz, prior to that i went into wattman and manually undervolted the card adjusting the frequency and voltage and its ran sweet all day.
thanks everyone for your time and suggestions
