Random dissconnect from live Please Help (xbox 360)

Lo there I have my 360 hooked upto my pc with a lead going from my 360 into a seperate network card with my internet connection shared.I then can play fo an hour or maybie just a few mins and just get randomly dissconnected which I dont understand why as it use to work fine before.Any help or advice would be appreciated.Thanks
 
is your PC set to go into standby or something after so long??

I dont know if that would affect ICS, but worth checking i guess??
 
I've had the same problem on a few occasions. Try setting your network card to 100 full duplex or 100 1/2 duplex rather then auto, i've had sucess with both.

On the computer itself, GO into your network connections, Via control panel.

Right click on your xbox network, and click properties, at the right hand side of the adapter being displayed, Click configure

Select the advanced tab.

And under connection type, Change it to one of the settings he recommended, Instead of auto/autosense.

I don't know if it works, as I dont have a 360 setup by ICS yet. But thats how to do what he recommended :p
