Just closed a YouTube window after watching a video when the windows theme went from the clear theme to the Windows 7 basic theme and my GPU usage kept jumping between 100% and 0%. GPU is GTX480 and I'm using the latest drivers (I think unless new ones have been released in the last two days). Anyone know what caused this, never happened before.

it was a windows system configuration checker or something like that
pretty sure it's to do something with WEI

i just jumped into task manager and shut it down
