Random KB/MB problem

I'm not sure if this is right or wrong, but i've never noticed it before and my head thinks its different.
Does XP put a comma in the KB file sizes? I'll post a pic so you see what I mean.

Look at the red arrows, are there ment to be commas there? I think there was before in XP, please can you check yours and tell me if there is/isn't any commas.

You need to configure the language setup thingy.

Hmm I havent even changed settings and this happens. Ok, I'll look in language setup now.
