Random loss of usb

Randomly I'll lose the use of usb ports, I'll hear the "usb has been removed/enter" noise and the mouse will freeze up for a second or the internet will go off and take a minute to come back
Any solutions to what's going on?

sounds weird. If you checked loose connections, maybe a short somewhere on the back panel? I had random reboots one because of a cable touching the backplate.

Well it happened in both the normal usbs and the usb 3 card so im guessing its an OS/driver fault? but I reinstalled drivers and it still happens.. guess i might jsut do a fresh windows install

worth having a gander at the event logs and the device manager. Also a motherboard bios update before a fresh install.
