Random popups on my laptop

So basically, sometimes on various parts of a website, if i click or link or something, it pop ups a fake site, with purchase offers, computer scanning etc.
Ive scanned my whole pc and also done the malware removal software, but even then, it still happens.

I dont know what else to do..but its annoying

It'll be an installed program or an extension for a browser, check both.

Go to your programs list and sort by installed date looking for something you don't know that was installed around the time it started.

Sounds like malware.

Also check what's in your Chrome extensions (assuming you have chrome).

I have checked the extensions, everything, no trace, scans,there was threats of malware, but removed..but still happens..

uninstall browser, then reinstall
