Random Power Fault, PSU ?

The rma center is just that a plce that forwards the product onto corsair in the US/Ntherlands etc. its only setup to save us sending the products over seas and costing more. The customer service im guessing is all US based. Means they easy to get hold of in the evening. At least i dont have to send a heavy psu overseas
 
If you own any of corsairs products and dont have skype or access/ability to download skype i would be very supprised. You only need to call them for the express rma too.

HX850i has been dispatched so even got a slight upgrade (not that i will use the monitoring stuff) so far so good.

Nice. I didn't expect that its going to be that quick :)

You probably don't have a use for Corsair Link at the moment, but you never know it may come in handy in the future when you start using other Corsair stuff with link compatibility ;)

Cheers buddy, thanks for your help. Will let you know how i get on, apparently it should be here in 2-4 days. Only downside i would say is to use the express rma you have to ship back to holland and cant use the uk rma center but for me i would rather pay the extra on postage tbh. P
 
Quick update all, the PSU arrived two days after it was sent (they replaced it with a HX850i. It solved the problem completely. They got my old one back today so removed the hold on my Credit card. All in all quite a painless operation. Certainly no questions asked or trying to wiggle out of a replacement. 9/10 ! Would be 10/10 if i could have sent it back to a UK address but if you want an express rma you have to send it back to the Netherlands. But still a very good service. I will continue to use their products knowing there is a good level of service in the background.
