Random problem, any help? :(

Hey, having a couple of problems - im guessing its something to do with my graphics card?

I've just reinstalled windows 7 on a new hard drive. And im getting this??

I agree. There was a thread not so long ago with similar pics. I'd look at getting a new card.

I have an 8800GTS sat here with a blown capacitor and it does the same as you have seen. Take your card out and check for any blown components.

Mines repairable..wonder if anyone would buy it...

Bought it from OcUK, 2 years old. Im guessing it had 1 year warrenty?

Depends on the brand. check the relevant website! some card manufacturers offer between 2 and 5 years warranty.

Oven trick! Oven trick! Just search the forums for 8800 and oven trick. There may be hope for your card yet. Worked on mine when I had similar symptoms.

Don't bake it until you've made 100% sure it can't be RMA'd.

For some reason I don't think they'll accept a card in this condition.
