Random question about what type of water to use!

I have just bought this for my lounge

Now am guessing using normal tap water isnt best as it will cause scaling over time. Read somewhere to use deionised water......... I have a machine that produces RO water for my fish tank. Will this be good enough to use comparing to deionised ?

Some Bubble water LED thing lol. £299. I seen it and bought it straight away. You can change all different colours with the remote

I doubt anyone could work this out. but is there a ruff guess how much water this will hold so I can plan to get some containers?
