Right, just a quick question to help friend out. Anyone happen to know the difference between a "Digital Dictation Machine" and "Digital Voice Recording Machine"? Am I right in thinking same thing just a slightly differen't name?

Dictation sounds a lot like dictator. Maybe the digital dictation machine tells YOU what to record?

I could be wrong
 
Mmm, cheers for the reply. Did another dig (Should've done before maybe ;)) and it seems dictators have better recording quality and such. Sorted \o/.

Is it anything to do with be part of a dictation typing system, eg the digital dictator is for that. But the Digital Voice Recording Machine is for making recordings of farts.
