Random Resets HELP!

Hi,
i built my computer about a month ago now, ever since i have been trying to perfect it. i have tried everything that i can do to get it all working. however i have had the problem of blue screens in battlefield bad company 2, this seems to be sorted

now, about once every two days the computer will just randomly reset.
no blue screen, it just starts POSTing again.

AMD Phenom X4 955 BE @ Stock
Arctic cooling Freezer 7 pro v2
2x4GB HyperX grey DDR3-1600
MSI 870A-G54 (FX)
BIOS 17.13
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
ATI Radeon HD 5770 @ Stock

dont seem to get any heat issues, windows works perfectly untill it reboots.
there is nothing specific i will be doing (usually internet browsing or microsoft office 2010)

Run CheckDisk, Anti-Virus and HWMonitor, CCleaner, Defrag, all uptodate drivers

all come up with noting out of the ordinary

please help! i cant afford to send things back and have to do reinstalls ect

Hi Danny862,

Post up the bugcheck number you receive upon reboot.

The first priority would be to check your RAM. Download Memtest and give it a go.

I don't get blue screens any more, just goes black then back the the posting screen.
Will try memtest tomorrow, thanks for the help

Done MemTest86+ for ~1 hour 5 minutes and nothing came up, 0 errors

Any more ideas?

What psu are you using?
i had that problem with an underpowered system.
