Random Resets - Kernel Power Event 41

Gents & Guru's,

My comp keeps resetting randomly, has happened 9 times in 7 days according to the Event Viewer - the specified reason is :-

Event 41 - Kernel Power Task Category (63)

I'm running an,
FX8320 OC'd @ 4.2
GTX 780 SC No OC currently but I have a saved profile for an OC doesn't get used really.
M5A97 Evo R2.0
Samsung 250SSD
Seagate Barra 1TB HDD

Have the KB&M plugged in and my HS.

PSU is a Corsair 600M - think this could be the issue? Overloading it?

Thinking about stepping the OC back to 3.7 to see if that helps. It crashes during BF4 & Sims and during general web surfing.

Got my old GTX 660 SC.

Ok I'm going to try and flash to the latest BIOS and step down my OC see if that helps.

Ok done the above, stepped the OC down to 3.7 and flashed the BIOS to 2103. Have also disabled Fast Boot and Rapid mode on BIOS & Samsung Magician respectivley.

Also going to remove old audio drivers after reading up on the forum what possible causes could be! It never BSOD'd so don't think it is GPU/CPU.

Temps under the H80i are fine.

Me thinks it maybe the PSU not being able to cope, might be time for a 700w+ PSU to help cope with the OC's and GPU.

*Edit* I've done an online PSU calc and without any overclocks it rates my system as needing to use a 600W PSU - so with overclocks and another SSD I will need a bigger PSU. Bummer
