Random Restarts driving me insane

what is absolutley bizzare is the fact photoshop doesnt restart when its open unless a document is open, i can have a 30mb file open and be focused on a web browser or spotify and it just restarts

if photoshop has no document open but is just running its fine

ok done prime95 memory test and a torture test and zero issues

Any other suggestions would be massivley appreciated ?

So the strangest thing. I've now replaced the motherboard, cpu, memory, hard drive and a new version of Windows and it's STILL restarting leaving only my 1080gtx, psu, fans and fan controller... Oh and my case.

I'm concerned it might the graphics card now but just confused as to why it doesn't crash while playing games or on benchmarks... What could photoshop be doing that games don't?

Am I missing anything else it could be?
