random restarts

Im on my laptop at the minute, my PC is randomly restarting. It comes up to Desktop screen and restarts every time, it was working perfectly last night. I booted on safe mode still same.

Specs; Athlon 2600+
geforce 4000 64mb
512 2100
80gb 7200
termeltake 480W

any ideas? thank you

at the minute im doing that blue noob windows system check, after that i will check for loose ends. I really dont wanna format

ok done that. Looks like it stoped restarting, for now anyways. I have got a "serious error" message

Error Report:

these are then files included in the file.Any idea what these are? Is there a "repair" feature in windows xp cd?

ok, i wanna test my memory, i downloaded memtest, wrote it to a cd!, do i just boot it up on cd? cause i did that, it ended with a:\ :s
