random restarts

my computer keeps randomly restarting. after sending the error report, i get this: error link

This does not really help me but it seems to be something to do with a device driver?

I have disabled all my hardware acceleration and it seemed to solved the problem but it just happened again. It seems to occur when I am listening to music or watching a film in WMP 11.

Specs: Win XP Pro sp2, P4 2.8, 1gb RAM.

any ideas guys?

What sound card have you got? Have you got the latest drivers? What about a memory check? I know that i once had dodgy memory and windows believed it to be drivers causing my probs.

i'm just using the onboard sound card. Gigabyte GA-8kNXP MOBO.

I should get vista home preium 2morw so hopfully that should sort it.
