well i overclocked a computer and some times when stressed it restarts, *** can this be cuased by? and how can i fix it?

ok lol well the CPU stock speed was 2.13GHz, 2gb ram speed is 800Mhz, FSB QDR is 1065MHz, multiplier is 8. moutherboard is a abit fata1ity moutherboard not sure what modle aint mine 
overclcoked FSB to 1360, making CPU running ar 2.72Ghz, ram running at 680Mhz, multiplyer still 8, temp under stress is only 50 celcius. ovatage gone from 1.3v to 1.4v
generally what can cuase a overclocked PC suddenly restarts, i also noticed it only restarts if i run core temp program as soon as windows boots.

no one can help?? would increasing CPU voltage help??
