Random shut downs :(

Hi there, recently I've been getting random fuzzy multicoloured patterns on my monitor followed by a shut down and auto restart. This happens when I run games and occasionally when initializing an application. I have a Phenom 955 and a 6870 if that helps. My monitors a 24" iiyama LCD 1900x1080
