Random Shutdowns and star ups

I'm looking for a bit of advice on why my PC might be shutting down randomly.
And it is totally at random, it can be 5 seconds after starting, mid gaming or 10 since first boot up.
Also when it shuts down i can't restart it, i press the on/off and nothing, however it will restart itself within a few minutes......?

The one clue I have is the windows experience rating, i noticed after an incident it always says it needs a refresh as new hardware has been detected.

I have just unplugged and reinserted my cards and memory and we shall see how long it last this time.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Could it be a short?
 
Pretty old base PC although i have updated the Graphics card and psu in the last 7 months

I haven't done a fresh install of windows for over a year.

Its been 1 hour since i unplugged and replaced everything, fingers crossed.
