Is the port it's disconnecting that is onboard the motherboard or one that is connecting to a port on the motherboard?
Is it from one that is occupied? As in, does it has something plugged into them? If so, remove them and see if it still happens.
Repeat until only the bare essential items are plugged in (Keyboard and mouse). If it still happens, move the keyboard and mouse connections to different USB ports.
If it still happens then, then there's a possibility there's a short somewhere in your case, and that's what's causing the USB to to keep disconnecting. Try rubbing a finger up and down the side of your case (metal part, not glass). Does it feel rubbery? Or like your finger is catching on a rough surface? If so, there's definitely a short, and you'll need to then hunt it down.
If no such issues, there's likely a fault during manufacture of the motherboard then, RMA is only reliable option then.
