Greetings:D

I often find myself on places like eBay...casually browsing at what people are selling...although I don't really need anything as my build is "finished".

Few days ago, I was doing the same and today I had a parcel through with a MSI Z170A SLI motherboard....ooops. :D:rolleyes:

Bearing in mind I have a ryzen build and have no components for skylake whats so ever...so now i am sitting with the board in front of me and thinking what to do with it...

Is it just me with a weird hardware ordering issue? :D

P.S - any experience with the above board? Is it good for anything? :D I like to think I got it pretty cheap but saying that, skylake is now getting "old"

Not just you. I frequently find myself browsing eBay for old servers and network gear. It’s amazing what you can pick up for a hundred notes these days. Usually all vastly overpowered and power hungry for my needs but I digress...

I often find myself needing something, realising I've got one, then buying another to use so I can leave the original one in case I ever need it. Why have something if I'm never going to use it?!?? :D

Often quoted, very true - my biggest fear is that one day my wife will sell my PC parts for what I told her they cost!

I got a gtx 480 the other day off ebay for £10. I think the temp sensors are shot but i only got it for a bit of fun.

iv been looking at some old office dell/lenovos with sandybridge i5/i7s for cheap as chips and have just been thinking about sticking a low profile 1050 in their and using one as a living room pc.
