Range Extenders

is there a limit on the number of them i can use to repeat the same signal at all?

Got a building 4 storey in height.

Router is picked up by 1st RE, then is pushed out again etc etc

Yes

Needs the same wifi networks on each floor

What about wireless homeplugs?
One connected to the routerby cable then plugged into the mains,then one wireless plug on each floor(although you may find that a plug reaches to the floor above)

I am currently testing out the WA 830re as you are looking at,got it working at home now but failed to get it to work at all as a range extender at another house.That could be my fault but i tried everything at the time
