Range Settings

I have the Asus RT N65U router and it is working fine except wireless speeds are very slow. I only get like 60MB on 5Ghz and 20MB on 2.4GHz.

I have a 120MB connection and my friends are getting great speeds with other popular routers.

I have tried moving the router but without much improvement. Is there some specific settings you can change to improve the wireless signal.

I will call support but any quick tips guys?

I have just contacted Asus support they are the worst ever. They do not even have a number to call them directly for their network products,

They have taken my details and are going to E-mail me. I was told when I purchased the router Asus had excellent support.

Anyone else had any issues? I wish I had bought a different brand now

Have you checked for interference from neighbouring wireless networks?

Is your wireless adapter capable of handling the speeds offered by the Asus?

There is no interference and yes my mobile devices and laptop are more than capabe
