Hi there,

I Have a D50 and have the AF-S 55-200 mm DX lens. Nikon say that the digital cams effectively increase the 35 mm focal range by a factor of 1.5x so a normal 200mm would be approximately 300mm on the digital body. Does that go for the DX lenses ? Do they increase the focal range by 50% ish.

Suppose what I am saying is if i use this lens at 200mm is it really like 300mm on a conventional SLR body ?

thanks
